You can now take your FAA Written Exams (and other exams) at Sunair Aviation. Sunair has partnered with Computer Assisted Testing Service (CATS) to make this possible.

To take your test:

1. Contact CATS at 1-800-947-4228 between 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday. All times are Pacific Time.

2. Order your test and pay CATS directly with your credit card.

3. Contact the flight school at Sunair Aviation at 352-787-2211 to schedule your test.

Testing Center Availability Schedule:

• The Sunair Testing Center is open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) on Tuesday through Saturday.

• Tests will not be started if the test time limit does not allow for completion by 7:00 PM.

Cost:

• Most exams are $100. Professional exams are slightly higher.

• If you are a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), provide CATS your member number for a $10 discount.

Location:

• Tests are administered at the Sunair Aviation Flight School, 8806 Airport Boulevard, Leesburg at the Leesburg International Airport.
