100 LL Self Serve Instructions

 

  • Secure the aircraft, ignition off, master off, chalk the tires with the chalks provided.

  • Open the door ( if not already) by releasing the two latches and lowering the door.

  • Instructions are on the left side of the pedestal on the left. See picture below.

Here is what the instructions say.

  1. GROUND AIRCRAFT.

  2. INSERT AND REMOVE CARD WITH STRIPE FACING LEFT.

  3. SELECT PUMP.

  4. ENTER MAXIMUM GALLON AMOUNT THEN PRESS ENTER.

  5. RESET METER. TURN PUMP ON.

  6. FUEL.

  7. REPLACE HOSE AND NOZZLE IN HOLDER.

  8. TURN PUMP HANDLE TO OFF POSITION.

  9. REMOVE GROUND CABLE.

  10. TAKE YOUR RECEIPT.

Here are some tips:

  • The grounding cable in on the far right side of the pump opening.

  • Once the aircraft is grounded you hit enter on the lower right of the pedestal keyboard.

  • The meter is in the center of the pump area. Reset it by turning the knob on the right side of the meter.

  • The pump on/off switch is on the upper right of the brown pump control box which is in the right side of the pump opening just left of the grounding cable.

  • The hose reel in on the left of the pump opening and has a red rewind button just to the right of it. Be sure the hose is free of the aircraft and other obstacles before rewinding it.

Please close the pump opening door after use, especially after normal Sunair operating hours.
